Warranty & Returns

In principle, all of our bags are sold via physical stores. If you have any warranty questions, if something has gone wrong, or if you need to make a return – please make the retailer you bought from your first point of contact. Staff in the stores we sell through are trained and well equipped to give you any help you need regarding warranty claims, or returns. 

If for some reason you can’t get your issue resolved to your satisfaction with the retailer, feel free to contact us directly here, and we’ll step in to help. If you’re one of the few who have bought directly from us then we’ll happily assist you with any warranty issues or returns ourselves, in which case please contact us via our regular contact form.

Warranty Policy

Our bags are covered by a lifetime warranty against defective workmanship and/or materials – for the lifetime of the bag.

The warranty does not cover regular wear-and-tear, but we do offer a repair and refurbishment service if you’d like to give your well-used bag a spruce up, or if there’s an accident and you’d like us to make a professional repair with original materials/components.
